Membership Gathering
Membership Gathering…
On Thursday, July 30, 2026 from 6:00-7:30 p.m. at Knights of Peter Claver Home at 1019 Surrey Street members of C.R.E.O.L.E., Inc. gathered.
Thanks to the membership chairpersons, Reverend Sylvia Cluse and Patrick Guillory, for planning this Membership Gathering. The meeting focused on welcoming new members to C.R.E.O.L.E., Inc., an organization dedicated to preserving and promoting the Creole language and culture. The president, Reverend Paul Cluse, and founding members discussed the organization’s mission, history and activities, including language classes, cultural events, and international exchanges. New members shared their personal connections to the Creole culture and expressed their commitment to learning and teaching the language. The discussion highlighted the importance of preserving Creole heritage for future generations and encouraged new members to get involved in various committees and activities.
